This Moment - Sidewalk Prints

A Friday ritual. A single photo — no words — capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.

“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by the Wee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to others by Sarah-Jane, of Almost There.

  2. @Corinne Walked over these prints for years with Erin and now with Cody...Thought they'd be a cute moment

    @Jan I've wondered where those dogs were going, how many left the prints, and what year the cement and paws came together. So many questions :)

  6. Love this!
    My dad saved a piece of concrete where our family dog's footprint was placed on purpose and marked with the year 1973. When they moved, they took it with them . . .
    This moment brought back sweet memories for me.
    Blessings, David!

  12. @Andy Footprints are a sign of our existence while these pawprints are reminders of creatures that loved and touched hearts while alive.

    @Alpana They do endure forever!!

    @SJ Yes...Footprints often lead to love

    @Martha That's great that your dad got an impression of the dog's paw and saved it...hard to put a value on such a touching gesture. My name is still written in the family driveway from the days when I was a kid. Take care my friend!!

    @Linda It seems that the common theme is prints...all creatures leave them behind and they're everywhere.
